Role Summary

This position is for a Site Supervisor based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes some work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will manage daily operations at interior and architectural project sites, making sure tasks are completed as per drawings, quality expectations, and safety requirements. The role calls for close coordination with designers, contractors, and vendors, along with regular progress tracking, issue resolution, material monitoring, and status updates to management.

Key Duties

• Track site work on a daily basis and ensure execution matches the approved design and project plan.
• Coordinate smoothly with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving within scope and timeline.
• Check workmanship quality and confirm that safety practices are followed at the site.
• Monitor the use, availability, and movement of materials and other site resources.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
• Share progress updates and site reports with management as required.
• Assist with project documentation, basic measurements, and schedule compliance.

Required Profile

• Hands-on site supervision capability with consistent monitoring, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Experience working with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project flow.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and layouts, including 2D/3D plans, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, and modular kitchen layouts.
• Comfort using common productivity tools such as email and spreadsheets for reporting and coordination.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills for giving instructions and handling on-site concerns.
• Well-organized approach to time management, documentation, and detail-oriented execution.
• Background in interior, construction, or architectural project environments is an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in civil, architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
• Must be open to travel within Vijayawada and nearby project locations as needed.
• Should be comfortable working in a hybrid model that combines site visits with remote coordination.
