You will join the HR function of a major SGX-listed conglomerate and take ownership of senior-level hiring efforts as the organisation continues to scale. This position is ideal for an accomplished talent acquisition specialist who can combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce partnering.

What you'll do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for technical and specialist positions, working closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing plans and hiring approaches across several business areas.
  • Use hiring data to guide decisions and support business leaders with meaningful recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards that help assess effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialised skill sets by mapping the market, networking, and developing relationships outside the active applicant pool.
  • Work with HR Centres of Excellence to contribute to a coordinated talent strategy that supports business goals, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
  • Promote modern recruitment methods by leveraging AI-based tools, recruitment platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to improve speed, hire quality, and overall recruitment results.
