A leading manufacturing-focused IT organisation is hiring through Anlage Infotech for an SAP EHS specialist role based in Mumbai.

Role Overview

This position is for an SAP S/4HANA EHS Technical Consultant/Architect who will own the technical design, build, and rollout of the Environment, Health & Safety solution. The role spans incident handling, audit management, risk evaluation, and management of change, with a strong focus on scalable architecture, compliance, integrations, and workflow automation.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end SAP EHS solutions for incident management, internal and external audits, risk assessment activities such as HIRA, PSSR and HAZOP, and management of change workflows.
• Create technical designs for advanced approval chains, dynamic routing logic, and deadline-based workflow monitoring.
• Plan integration points between EHS and other systems such as HR, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and external vendor portals.
• Prepare technical specifications for RICEFW deliverables, including enhancements, reports, forms, and workflow-related objects.
• Build custom ABAP components in line with naming standards and development guidelines, including classes, AMDPs, BAdIs, and enhancements.
• Configure and implement SAP Business Workflow scenarios with escalation paths, persistent containers, and deadline tracking.
• Set up BRF+ decision tables for risk matrices, investigation rules, and routing based on category logic.
• Develop Fiori applications for mobile use, including offline support for field-based safety processes such as PSSR and safety observations.
• Implement REST-based integrations through SAP Gateway for vendor portals with OAuth 2.0 security.
• Design event-driven synchronisation using SAP Event Mesh for master data across systems.
• Improve runtime performance through HANA calculation views, CDS views, and AMDP procedures for complex data handling.
• Build notification mechanisms across email, SMS, and in-app channels with reusable templates.
• Carry out code reviews, SLIN checks, and SCI reviews for quality, security, performance, and naming compliance.
• Maintain technical records such as modification logs, solution architecture documents, and deployment instructions.
• Ensure traceability and regulatory compliance across all EHS processes.

Experience Required

The role calls for 2 to 3 years of SAP EHS module implementation experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle SAP EHS implementations covering incident management, audit management, and risk assessment. Candidates should also have experience in S/4HANA migration projects, Fiori app development, complex workflow implementation, BRF+ configuration, and mobile development using SAP Fiori offline OData.

Compensation

The salary range mentioned is INR 10,00,000 to INR 20,00,000 per year.
