Role Overview

The Sales Manager will support business expansion by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through B2B sales. The role involves market analysis, customer engagement, coordination with internal teams, and consistent performance against sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Study market movement, customer expectations, and competitor actions to uncover fresh business possibilities.
• Increase revenue by developing B2B sales and acquiring strategic customers.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both existing accounts and new prospects.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales as well as revenue targets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help roll out products and support promotional initiatives.
• Create sales reports, projections, and market insights for leadership review.
• Meet clients, present products, and handle discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction by delivering effective after-sales support.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, especially in the manufacturing sector.
• Applicants from other industries with relevant sales exposure are also welcome.
