About the Property
Pullman Bunker Bay is a premium five-star beachfront resort set in Western Australia’s Margaret River Region. The property features 150 villa-style bungalows, multiple dining and beverage experiences at the Other Side of the Moon restaurant and bar, recognised conference and wedding spaces, and a relaxing day spa.

Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you will be an important part of the Housekeeping team, helping create a spotless and welcoming stay for every guest. The role calls for close attention to detail, a strong service mindset, and the ability to work smoothly with teammates while assisting guests when required. Your contribution helps ensure visitors leave with positive memories of excellent hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including replacing linen, sanitising bathrooms, and wiping surfaces so each room makes a strong first impression.
- Follow the property’s housekeeping procedures and quality expectations consistently.
- Keep housekeeping trolleys tidy, replenished, and ready for use.
- Handle cleaning products safely and follow all required safety practices.
- Protect guest privacy and security at all times.
- Escalate maintenance concerns quickly to support a seamless guest experience.
Skills and Experience
Some prior experience as a cleaner or room attendant is advantageous. You should communicate in a friendly, professional manner, notice small details, manage time effectively, and take pride in delivering quality work. This is a physically active role and may involve moving between rooms via internal and external stairways and open walkways. Teamwork with people from different backgrounds is also important. A dependable mode of transport is required, along with flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
