What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day store operations while leading by example. You’ll support customer service, visual presentation, merchandise flow, and backroom organization, while helping align the team around priorities and service standards.

• Support operational performance across merchandising, customer service, backroom activities, and merchandise processing.
• Help ensure store standards remain strong by communicating updates clearly and keeping the team aligned.
• Organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks while promoting teamwork and coaching associates on procedures and service expectations.
• Assist with training and developing associates in merchandise presentation and customer service practices.
• Create attractive product displays that support the store’s presentation standards and brand direction.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has prior retail or service experience and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing service work.
• Good understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication and effective time management.

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $20.25 to $25.31. The final offer may be above this range depending on relevant skills, experience, and local market conditions.
