We are looking for a Retail Operations Associate in Singapore to help run store operations smoothly, support team performance, and strengthen sales through disciplined execution across staffing, stock control, and administration.

Staff Management

  • Partner with HR and Area Managers to bring in, train, and grow retail team members.
  • Set up coaching plans and development support, including immediate feedback and periodic performance reviews.
  • Coordinate workforce planning, attendance tracking, and shift schedules with AM/AAM and HR.
  • Handle one-to-one conversations, team huddles, appraisals, coaching sessions, conflict handling, and disciplinary processes.
