Its services are built around customised, end-to-end print solutions, covering everything from flyers and banners to complete exhibition and event setups. The goal is to make both printing and event coordination easier for a wide range of customers.

Role Overview

This position is centered on live chat support. As the first point of contact for customers, the Chat Representative will help people choose products, place orders, and get answers to their questions. The role plays an important part in keeping customers satisfied and ensuring the journey from design to final delivery feels smooth and well supported.

Key Responsibilities

The representative will communicate with customers in real time, provide correct details about products and services, and support them through ordering and customization steps. The role also includes helping users navigate the online platform, resolving issues linked to design, orders, and shipping, and building strong product knowledge across printing and event offerings. In addition, the person will maintain a professional brand image, support customers from idea stage through final output, record feedback and interaction details, and work with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns.

Requirements

Candidates should bring experience in customer service or another client-facing role, ideally in chat support or e-commerce. Strong written communication is essential, along with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, and clarity. The job also requires the ability to manage several conversations at once, think quickly to solve problems, work independently in a remote environment, and use digital communication tools confidently. Background in printing, graphic design, or marketing is preferred, as is familiarity with platforms such as Amazon or Etsy and CRM systems.

Compensation

The pay for this role is between USD 25 and USD 30 per hour.
