Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Project Manager position in Birmingham, AL is responsible for coordinating several projects at once and making sure each one is delivered on schedule, within scope, and inside budget. The role involves planning projects, fast-tracking key activities, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders through every phase of the project.

Key Duties

The Project Manager will track progress across multiple initiatives, align work with safety and compliance expectations, and help keep deliverables moving efficiently from start to finish. The position also calls for regular communication with stakeholders and hands-on oversight of project execution.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring solid project management capability, including the ability to take work from planning through completion. Experience handling expediting functions, inspections, and logistics is important, along with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. Experience in the petroleum or energy sector will be an added advantage.
