Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site driving position in Dubai. The selected candidate will support daily operational needs by moving documents, equipment, and other company materials between Smart Salem sites and other destinations. The role calls for a courteous, professional, and service-focused approach when dealing with internal teams and outside contacts.

Key Duties

• Transport company equipment, paperwork, and other assigned items safely and on schedule between branches and external locations.
• Work closely with internal staff and external contacts while maintaining a polite and professional manner.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, well-maintained, and fit for road use.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
• Choose efficient travel routes and comply with all traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Manage cash collection and delivery-related tasks responsibly, including related administrative support and record-keeping.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a valid UAE licence for light vehicles with a spotless driving record.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience within the UAE is required.
• Strong familiarity with Dubai roads, traffic rules, and navigation tools such as Google Maps and Waze is essential.
• Should be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be capable of handling cash responsibly and keeping accurate records.
• Needs excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal professionally with employees, clients, and visitors.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to keep company information and cash confidential.
• Should be well organised, with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Experience in a healthcare, medical, or wellness setting in a similar role will be an added advantage.
