Payroll Analyst 1

Role overview

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations in Singapore. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, accurate employee pay administration, regulatory compliance, and support for payroll-related audits and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete payroll cycle, including checking employee data, calculating pay, and ensuring salaries are paid on time, while staying aligned with employment regulations and managing tax clearance steps.
• Work with production supervisors and HR to confirm attendance records, attendance approvals, shift schedules, overtime claims, and leave requests before submitting information to the payroll vendor.
• Make sure payroll runs accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Compile payroll reports for internal stakeholders and maintain records for audit needs.
• Look into and fix discrepancies related to attendance, leave, and payroll computations.
• Handle employee questions about pay, deductions, overtime, and statutory payroll matters.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with labor legislation and company policies.
• Assist with payroll system testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
