Role overview
This full-time onsite role in Doha, Qatar is for a pastry chef who can prepare a variety of baked and dessert items while keeping quality, presentation, and food safety at a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Produce cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Make sure every item served meets expectations for taste and visual appeal.
- Follow cleanliness routines and food safety practices in the kitchen.
- Track ingredients and handle stock in an organized, efficient way.
- Develop fresh dessert concepts and recipe ideas.
- Collaborate smoothly with the wider kitchen team.
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a pastry chef or baker.
- Practical knowledge of cake, pastry, and dessert preparation.
- Strong creativity with a careful eye for detail.
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
