Role Overview
The studio is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to join its Ahmedabad office on a full-time basis. The role is suited to someone who can turn static concepts into motion-led content with strong rhythm, pacing, and purpose.
What You Will Do
- Develop motion content for reels, brand videos, and social-first campaigns from idea stage through final export.
- Translate briefs into motion pieces with minimal supervision and a strong sense of creative ownership.
- Shape edits with attention to timing, audio sync, transitions, typography animation, and visual balance.
- Create work that is tailored to platform-specific requirements such as Reels, Shorts, and digital ads.
- Collaborate on branding and advertising projects, especially those connected to real estate and lead-generation campaigns.
Skills and Experience Needed
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in motion graphics or a related creative role.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to independently manage assignments from concept development to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of motion timing, sound synchronization, and digital content formatting.
- Good visual judgment for movement, typography, color, and transitions.
- Experience with real estate or brand-focused content is an advantage.
- Camera handling and photography knowledge would be a bonus, though it is not required.
