Mathematics Content Development Intern

Internship Overview

This position offers a full-time, on-site internship focused on the creation and enhancement of educational content in mathematics and quantitative aptitude. Ideal candidates will engage in developing comprehensive academic materials, digital learning modules, and assessment tools tailored to competitive exams such as SAT, GRE, GMAT, CAT, IPMAT, and NPAT.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on exam syllabi, question types, and difficulty levels to inform content creation.
• Compose concept notes, formula sheets, strategic guides, and concise topic summaries.
• Design original practice questions with step-by-step, clear, and accurate solutions, spanning easy to advanced difficulty.
• Adapt and tailor material for diverse formats including classroom teaching aids, worksheets, mock tests, and self-paced learning courses.
• Develop mathematics and quantitative aptitude questions encompassing arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, modern mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.
• Introduce shortcut methods, conceptual insights, and alternative problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure numerical accuracy by reviewing calculations and answer choices meticulously.
• Create and convert academic content into engaging digital modules using PowerPoint and authoring tools like iSpring Suite.
• Assist in designing interactive quizzes, animations, voiceover scripts, and worked-examples videos.
• Organize and upload learning content onto Learning Management Systems (LMS) and conduct thorough quality checks to rectify navigation, formatting, spelling, and technical errors.
• Tag and classify questions based on exam type, topics, difficulty, and skills tested; support the creation of diagnostic, sectional, and mock tests.
• Review and maintain the question bank ensuring content originality, clarity, and correctness, while analyzing test data to identify items needing revision.
• Perform comprehensive proofreading for academic accuracy, grammar, and formatting, adhering to defined style and content guidelines.
• Integrate feedback from instructional staff promptly to refine material quality and relevance.

Applicant Criteria

• Enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, English, Humanities, Management, Education or related fields.
• Preference for candidates familiar with standardized tests like SAT, GRE, GMAT, CAT, IPMAT, NPAT through personal preparation or examination experience.
• Prior experience in tutoring, academic writing, question formulation, PowerPoint creation, or educational content production is desirable.
• Knowledge of digital content authoring platforms such as iSpring Suite, Canva, LMS, or video editing software is advantageous.
• Availability for a six-month full-time, on-site internship starting between August 5 and September 11, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 7,500 to 10,000.
• Letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Potential job offer with a salary ranging from INR 320,000 to 450,000 per annum contingent on performance and conversion.
