Manufacturing and Assembly Operator (m/f/d)

Role overview

In this position, you will help prepare production for special-purpose and standard units by following work instructions and technical drawings. The role combines machine setup, workplace preparation, and hands-on assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

Key duties

• Prepare production activities for custom and standard equipment using job plans and technical documentation.
• Review drawings carefully, interpret the requirements, and identify the right materials and tools for the task.
• Set up machines and get the workstations ready for production.
• Assemble subcomponents and drives, including screw fastening, clamping, and wiring work according to circuit diagrams.
• Carry out electrical connection tasks for assemblies and drive units.

What we are looking for

• A completed technical vocational qualification, ideally in metalworking or a similar field.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• A strong focus on quality and a well-organized approach to work.
• Practical manual skills, with careful and dependable working habits.
