Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and driven Junior Project Manager to help coordinate the planning, delivery, and follow-through of projects. This role supports day-to-day project execution by keeping timelines on track, aligning resources, and maintaining clear communication with everyone involved. It is a strong fit for someone eager to grow a career in project management.
Responsibilities
- Support projects through all stages, from initial setup to final completion.
- Help organize schedules, assign resources, and track key deliverables.
- Monitor progress and keep timelines, budgets, and milestones up to date.
- Act as a communication link between internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Draft project documents, status updates, reports, and presentations.
- Spot potential risks or issues and assist with practical mitigation plans.
- Measure progress against project goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Work with both Agile and traditional project delivery methods as needed.
- Help ensure work is completed on schedule and within the agreed scope.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
- Good organizational habits and strong time management capability.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of common project delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- CAPM or PMP certification, or progress toward one, is preferred.
- Exposure to budgeting and resource planning is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when making decisions.
