Role overview
As a Janitorial Associate, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. The role covers upkeep across the property, from the parking lot through the restrooms and receiving area.
Pay and compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $28. The actual hourly wage will be at least the minimum required by the local law for the work location. In addition to base pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Extra hourly premiums may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can depend on factors such as shift schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, and more than one premium may apply if multiple conditions are met.
Work schedule
This is a full-time position with mid-shift and closing shifts available.
