IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Role Overview

Infiniti Power is hiring an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects in Pune. The role centers on planning, coordination, execution, and quality control for site-based IT infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure assignments from initial planning through final delivery, with a focus on timely completion and strong output quality.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and external vendors to keep all project activities aligned and progressing smoothly.
• Visit project sites, evaluate requirements, prepare structured cabling designs, and supervise the installation of copper and optical fiber networks.
• Track project milestones, spot risks or delays early, and take corrective steps to protect standards and schedules.

Requirements

• Applicants should have 4 to 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or a closely related area.
• A solid working knowledge of data center environments, structured cabling, copper and fiber network cabling, and OTDR testing is required.
• Experience using AutoCAD for creating cable routing plans and rack layouts is expected.
