Role overview

This position is for an ICU Specialist who will deliver high-acuity care to patients facing serious, potentially life-threatening medical conditions. The role involves close coordination with a multidisciplinary clinical team to maintain strong standards of treatment and patient safety.

Key duties

Track patient status and respond to changes in condition.
Provide prescribed medicines and medical interventions.
Work in sync with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Plan and update individualized care strategies for critically ill patients.
Guide patients and their families on care routines and procedures.

Team environment

You will be part of an ICU-focused unit and collaborate daily with physicians, nursing staff, and supporting clinical personnel.

Education and experience

Candidates should hold MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesia, Pulmonology, or Internal Medicine, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in ICU or critical care settings. A medical degree from a recognized institution is expected.

The preferred candidate will combine strong medical judgment with clear communication and the ability to work effectively in a team. Advanced life support certification, critical thinking, and solid interpersonal skills are important for success in this role.

Compensation and benefits
