Role Overview
Unibots, a modern AdTech company focused on creating distinctive monetisation solutions for publishers worldwide, is looking for an HR Manager to oversee core people operations in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR cycle, including hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee movement through every stage, from the first day to exit procedures.
- Put HR policies into practice and keep them aligned with compliance needs.
- Administer employee benefits and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Keep employee files, records, and HR paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Work with leadership on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
- Support the execution of performance review and appraisal processes.
- Plan and run initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.
- Respond to employee concerns and support grievance handling.
- Arrange and coordinate learning, training, and development activities.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and day-to-day employee issues.
- Continuously refine HR processes so they better support business objectives.
