Role Overview

The People & Culture team is seeking an experienced HRIS Executive to support HR systems operations and help drive effective use of Oracle HCM across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and Absence.
  • Handle day-to-day system issues, investigate faults, and deliver production support.
  • Work with internal IT partners and outside vendors to fix system-related problems.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs and BRDs to support consistent process documentation.
  • Run training sessions and develop user guides for HR teams and other system users.
  • Assist with testing, upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing, and deployments.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and help optimize HR systems.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in HRIS, ideally with Oracle HCM.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and Absence.
  • Experience creating documentation, including SOPs and BRDs, and conducting UAT and end-user training.
  • Exposure to HR system integrations is considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
  • Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several priorities at once.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
