Role Overview
The Housekeeper position is centered on maintaining clean, safe, and orderly spaces across the facility. This role is important to the health, comfort, and satisfaction of guests and residents, and it calls for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in cleanliness and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping assigned areas, corridors, and ancillary spaces clean, sanitary, and well maintained.
- Following approved cleaning procedures and choosing the appropriate method based on the situation.
- Using housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions safely and efficiently.
- Disinfecting or sterilizing supplies and equipment when required.
- Handling waste, including biohazardous material, in line with universal precautions.
- Maintaining a stocked cart with properly labeled chemicals and working equipment.
- Providing courteous, responsive service to residents, clients, co-workers, and other teams.
- Supporting productive operations and contributing to a professional team environment.
- Staying committed to training and ongoing skill development.
- Adapting to changing job needs and additional duties as assigned.

Work Conditions
