Overview
H2 Performance Consulting is hiring a Coordinator to contribute to research, public health, clinical implementation, and program management work tied to the Department of Defense hearing health mission in Washington, DC. The role supports day-to-day coordination across research, regulatory, stakeholder, and administrative activities for hearing health initiatives.
This position is well suited to someone highly organized, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and experienced in supporting research documentation, healthcare-related programs, and cross-functional teams that may be spread across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Help organize research and public health program work involving government, clinical, technical, and contractor stakeholders.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, coordinate schedules, and maintain status updates.
- Support regulatory paperwork, including IRB-related documents, protocol files, and study records.
- Assist with participant outreach, study coordination, data collection, and field support activities.
- Contribute to implementation and assessment of hearing conservation, tele-audiology, hearing health education, and clinical technology projects.
- Keep communication flowing between audiologists, engineers, technicians, administrative personnel, government contacts, and external partners.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action trackers, reports, and organized project documentation.
- Support user onboarding or training, capture feedback, and help plan deployment of new tools and clinical workflows.
- Assist with travel planning, site-visit logistics, conference coordination, and administrative preparation for training and data collection.
- Help ensure all documentation and program activities meet applicable government standards and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Background supporting program coordination, research coordination, healthcare programs, public health efforts, or government-related projects.
- Strong abilities in organization, communication, and documentation.
- Capability to juggle competing priorities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders at once.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
- Ability to complete required government training, including cybersecurity and HIPAA training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the DoD, DHA, VA, military medicine, clinical research, or public health programs.
- Familiarity with IRB materials, research protocols, participant coordination, or study operations.
- Experience supporting teams that are geographically dispersed or operating in a hybrid format.
- Exposure to hearing health, audiology, occupational health, or hearing conservation programs.
