About the Role

Komatsu Australia is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Fairfield, New South Wales. This is an opportunity to help shape brand communications across Australia, New Zealand, and other markets by producing visual work that is polished, engaging, and aligned with the company’s identity.

The role suits a designer who enjoys converting ideas into effective visuals for a variety of formats, including print, digital, events, signage, advertising, and campaigns. You will work in a collaborative environment that values inclusion, diverse perspectives, and the shared goal of creating value together.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital use.
• Develop campaign materials such as advertisements, flyers, brochures, banners, and signage.
• Oversee design projects from the initial concept stage through to final production.
• Partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to support business needs.
• Liaise with printers, photographers, videographers, and other external suppliers to deliver finished work.
• Protect and evolve Komatsu’s brand identity across all customer and internal touchpoints.
• Assist with events, promotions, and marketing activities across the country.

What You’ll Need

• A qualification in graphic design or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A practical, proactive approach to solving problems.
• Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple priorities at once.
• A genuine interest in producing creative, high-quality design work.
