Role Overview

DigitalPlusSolutions is hiring a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that align with brand standards and project goals. The role involves turning design briefs into polished graphics for different media while collaborating with internal creative stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design briefs carefully and translate them into clear project requirements.
• Plan project timelines and work within defined budget limits.
• Develop visual concepts that match the brief and creative direction.
• Draft initial concepts and share them for review and feedback.
• Create illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using digital tools or manual techniques.
• Select suitable colour palettes and layouts for each deliverable.
• Coordinate with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final artwork.
• Check how graphics perform across different formats and media.
• Revise designs based on feedback and refinement requests.
• Deliver final graphics and layouts that are attractive, consistent, and aligned with the brand.

Requirements and Skills

• Prior hands-on experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other creative visual work.
• Working knowledge of design tools and software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
• Strong visual judgement with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an organised way and meet deadlines.
• A qualification in Design, Fine Arts, or a related subject is advantageous.
