GhostDraft Developer - Senior

About the Role

EY is looking for an experienced GhostDraft professional to join its team in Kochi. This position is suited to someone with 2 to 6 years of hands-on exposure to GhostDraft and document automation, who can contribute to building reliable, compliant, and efficient document solutions.

What You Will Do

• Work extensively on the GhostDraft platform and handle configuration tasks with confidence.
• Create, modify, and manage templates, forms, and document formats for business use.
• Make sure all generated documents follow business rules and regulatory expectations.
• Design and develop advanced documents using GhostDraft.
• Maintain existing templates and update them as business needs change.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine content requirements.
• Apply knowledge of system development, document-generation logic, and database integration.
• Work with structured data sources and set up document automation workflows.
• Coordinate with technical teams to enable smooth integration between document systems and other applications.
• Detect, investigate, and fix issues in document generation, formatting, and automation flow.
• Provide continuous support and improvements for document management processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong practical experience with GhostDraft for document automation and optimization.
• Good understanding of document automation workflows and how to improve them.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation issues and resolve them effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and internal discussions.
• Exposure to other document automation platforms is an advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Overall professional experience that includes direct GhostDraft and document automation work.
