Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and support end-to-end fullstack functionality for a large-scale ad-tech product.
• Create and refine dashboards, reporting views, and campaign management tools that support live decision-making.
• Turn product needs into maintainable, scalable, and well-tested technical solutions, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver smooth user experiences.
• Take part in architecture conversations and help shape decisions around system structure, speed, and long-term maintainability.
• Improve frontend responsiveness and efficiency for applications that handle large amounts of data.
• Uphold engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and steady codebase improvements.
• Break down requirements into practical engineering tasks and help keep delivery on track.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with their surrounding ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and cross-browser behavior.
• Experience building complex, data-rich interfaces, ideally with real-time or analytics-focused functionality.
• Good understanding of API integration patterns, including REST or GraphQL, and how frontend systems connect with backend services.
• Solid knowledge of frontend performance techniques such as caching, lazy loading, and bundle optimization.
• Experience using testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on shipping and iterative improvement.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and contribute to both product and technical discussions, not just implementation.
• Bonus experience: ad-tech, high-scale systems, or AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
