The business has expanded rapidly and now operates 28 stores across North America, with additional locations planned.

Role Overview

The company is opening a new store at Le Carrefour Laval and is seeking energetic people to join the team as a full-time Sales Associate. This position requires availability across all seven days of the week.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome shoppers warmly and deliver a polished, positive in-store experience.
• Identify customer needs by asking thoughtful questions and recommending products based on your product expertise.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and sales so you can guide customers effectively.
• Process purchases accurately through the point-of-sale system and support the loyalty rewards program.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
• Handle incoming stock by unloading, opening, and checking shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Place merchandise on shelves and in storage areas according to inventory procedures and stock requirements.
• Assist with stock counts and help resolve inventory shortages, excess stock, or mismatches.
• Ensure products are labelled, priced, and displayed in line with store standards.
• Support store opening activities and setup tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store that follows safety requirements.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We prefer candidates with prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service. A genuine interest in the Asian beauty category is important, along with a willingness to learn and keep current on new products and trends. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working closely with others in a friendly, high-energy setting.

Work Requirements

• Comfort with fast-moving retail environments and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to respond to changing customer and inventory needs.
• Basic numeracy for stock counts, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
• Commitment to company procedures, safety rules, and workplace compliance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and use ladders or step stools to access higher shelves.
• Willingness to work in a store environment with moderate noise, bright lighting, and possible temperature changes.
