Role Overview

Southern National Roofing is looking for a Field Inspector to support residential roof-inspection appointments in Lugoff, South Carolina. This is a full-time W-2 opportunity with paid training, weekly pay, and a compensation structure that includes hourly earnings, commission, and bonuses. The company is hiring immediately.

What the Job Involves

In this position, you will visit residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, talk with homeowners, and arrange appointments for the in-home inspection team. You will work outside, remain active, and represent the company in person. This role does not involve roof climbing or selling on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned neighborhoods on foot.
• Approach homeowners at their residences and start conversations professionally.
• Carry out simple visual checks from ground level.
• Describe the free roof inspection service in a clear, helpful way.
• Book inspection appointments for the internal inspection team.
• Stay active while working outdoors throughout the day.

Schedule and Work Conditions

This is an on-site role with availability needed Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The role requires 40 hours per week. There is no overnight travel, and transportation is provided from the office for team activity.

Compensation

Pay is based on hourly wages plus commission and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated as $770 to $1,350, and first-year income is estimated at $40,000 to $70,000 or more, depending on consistency and results. Weekly pay is offered.
