Role Summary

As an Embedded Talent Partner, you will take ownership of delivery across assigned client mandates from the start. This is a hands-on role focused on building strong client relationships, managing hiring workflows, and driving placements.

Client Delivery and Relationship Ownership

  • Work as an embedded partner for key accounts, functioning like a true extension of the client team.
  • Handle the complete candidate journey, from intake and sourcing through engagement, interview scheduling, and placement support.
  • Lead weekly check-ins and ongoing coordination with hiring managers and team leads, becoming their primary talent contact.
  • Build a strong understanding of each client’s business model, culture, hiring priorities, and market position.
  • Act as a dependable advisor for talent-related decisions within your assigned accounts.

Execution and Operations

  • Find and attract suitable candidates using research, relationship building, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Assess and profile candidates, advancing strong matches through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Manage candidate communication from first outreach through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference verification, offer process steps, and broader hiring operations.
  • Keep records accurate, structured, and up to date, while giving clients clear visibility into pipeline progress.
  • Create repeatable sourcing approaches and candidate profiles for the sectors and roles you handle.

What Success Looks Like

During the first 1 to 6 months, success is expected to progress in stages. In the first 4 weeks, you are learning the client environment, joining onboarding, and building trust with their teams. By months 2 to 3, you should be managing pipelines independently, meeting weekly sourcing goals, and supplying qualified candidates to screening stages. By months 4 to 6, you should be seen as the person clients contact first, helping shape hiring strategy and running a predictable, efficient placement process.

By month 12, the goal is to have delivered 15 to 25 placements across client accounts, built repeatable sourcing playbooks, contributed new methods to HAILO’s platform, and be ready for broader client ownership or progression into senior operations or account leadership.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in recruitment, whether in agency, in-house, embedded, or freelance settings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to hold thoughtful conversations with both clients and candidates and maintain strong follow-up habits.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, unclear environments where priorities shift and flexibility is essential.
  • Familiarity with AI-based recruiting tools, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
  • Excellent written communication for outreach, client updates, and internal documentation.
  • High attention to detail, including accurate names, timely delivery, and consistent follow-through.
