Role overview

NAPA Canada is hiring a full-time dispatcher in Hamilton, Ontario to coordinate delivery routes for drivers and help keep shipments moving efficiently. The pay range is $19.85 to $22.25 per hour, with the final rate depending on experience. Benefits begin on day one, and the role also includes paid time off along with other employee benefits.

What you will do

• Create practical delivery routes and allocate deliveries to drivers based on location and urgency.
• Make sure drivers record delivery times in the delivery management system.
• Handle different tracking settings and updates within the delivery management module.
• Check that orders are correct and prepared for shipping.
• Locate the required parts in store inventory, pick them, and pack them for dispatch.

What you need

• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• The ability to solve problems, act quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and stay effective in a fast-moving work environment.
• Prior dispatching experience is considered an advantage.
