Role Overview

This opportunity is for a data-driven analyst who enjoys turning information into action. The position focuses on creating valuable reporting insights, building automated dashboards, and helping business leaders make informed decisions using accurate, timely data.

The selected person will support business strategy through analysis, reporting, and visualization, while helping improve performance across operations and clients.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain data models, perform analysis, and deliver reporting across operations and client accounts.
• Prepare ad hoc reports quickly to help leadership identify operational trends and important patterns.
• Develop reports and dashboards covering forecasting, budgeting, productivity, and service-level performance.
• Combine data from multiple sources and turn it into clear insights that support business action.
• Translate technical findings into language that a broad audience can understand and connect business goals to analysis.
• Present complex numerical information in a simple visual format and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Design, plan, and carry out continuous improvement initiatives in key business areas.
• Use strong presentation skills and large-dataset experience to create reports, documentation, and visual analytics.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators that support performance improvement and target achievement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. A master’s degree may allow candidates to qualify with at least 2 years of relevant experience, while the standard requirement is 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, or enterprise systems.

The role calls for strong capability in reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, along with solid knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and relational databases. Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Exasol, SQL Server, or comparable systems is expected. Familiarity with ERP environments is useful, and SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.

Applicants should also be comfortable using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Office tools, and should bring strong analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication is needed, along with the ability to work independently and adjust to shifting priorities in a busy environment. Experience in supply chain or warehouse operations is preferred.
