Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become part of a fully remote team focused on delivering excellent service and timely assistance to customers. As the main contact for customer queries, you will handle questions, work through problems, and make sure each interaction is managed with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Core Duties
- Reply to customer questions through email, chat, or phone.
