Role overview
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers. Your day-to-day work will involve answering questions, handling concerns, and making sure every interaction across email, chat, and phone feels helpful, professional, and positive.

Key responsibilities
- Handle customer messages and calls through email, chat, and phone with speed and professionalism.
- Address complaints, service issues, and customer requests carefully and accurately.
- Log all customer conversations and case details in CRM software.
- Pass along complicated matters to senior support or management when needed.
- Explain products or services in a clear, confident, and customer-friendly way.
- Gather customer input and share it to help improve service quality and the overall customer journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve issues efficiently.
Required qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
