Role Overview

Phillip Jeffries is hiring a Customer Experience (CX) Agent in Singapore to support its International Sales team. This position focuses on delivering a premium customer experience while coordinating order processing, client communication, and cross-functional follow-up.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales & Operations and follows a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

What You Will Handle

• Enter purchase orders and sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare shipping-related paperwork such as customs documentation and packing slips.
• Monitor shipments and keep customers informed with timely status updates.
• Communicate with clients through phone and email.
• Track memos, reserves, and incoming customer questions until they are resolved.
• Respond to claims and concerns with practical, service-oriented solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly and support client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidate must already be based in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or data entry.
• Interest in luxury interiors and high-end design.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Good command of Excel and data handling.
• Ability to balance several priorities carefully and accurately.
• Reliable follow-through and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
• Experience in a busy, fast-moving, collaborative workplace.
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule combining office and remote work.
