Role overview
UPHOLD is looking for a motivated and well-connected CSR Lead to drive resource mobilization and deepen partnerships with companies, foundations, and institutional donors. This is a leadership position focused on creating social impact through strategic fundraising and relationship building.
Location and travel
The role is based in Srikakulam and ASR Manyam, Andhra Pradesh, with travel required as needed.
Compensation
The salary can go up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. The role also includes performance-linked incentives for meeting fundraising goals.
Key responsibilities
The selected professional will develop fundraising approaches for CSR initiatives, nurture long-term relationships with CSR teams and donors, and identify funding opportunities. The role also involves preparing strong proposals, concept notes, and donor-facing presentations, while building partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutions. Coordination with internal program teams will be needed to support compliance, reporting, impact records, and pipeline management.
Ideal profile
The organization is seeking someone with hands-on experience in CSR fundraising, donor acquisition, resource mobilization, or corporate partnerships. A strong network in the CSR, corporate, and philanthropic ecosystem is important, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing ability.
