About the role

The Creator Partnerships Coordinator will help run the daily operations of the Favored Creators team. The position centers on creator operations, documentation, scheduling, and tracking, with the goal of keeping creators supported and internal processes well organized. This is also a chance to learn the creator economy and social commerce space from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, organize, and report on creator invoices, commission payouts, payments, earnings, campaign activity, and related records.
• Help coordinate creator content schedules and posting tasks.
• Maintain the Favored Creators content calendar and contribute to workflow automation where possible.
• Support email communication with managed creators.
• Prepare and structure briefs for creators and brand campaigns.
• Assist with creator and brand contract administration.
• Help draft and distribute weekly newsletters.

Work arrangement and role details

• This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence required as needed.
• The position is full time and includes benefits.
