About the Internship
This role involves identifying and engaging promising content creators, particularly focusing on emerging talent from the South Indian creator community. The intern will be responsible for building strong relationships and exclusively onboarding these creators onto the platform. Managing the entire onboarding cycle from first contact to finalized agreements is key to this position. Additionally, maintaining ongoing creator engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention is essential, alongside addressing any concerns proactively. The intern will also negotiate partnership terms and stay informed about trends and new talents within the creator ecosystem to continually reinforce the network.
Responsibilities
- Scout and identify talented social media creators, with an emphasis on South Indian emerging creators.
- Establish and nurture exclusive relationships with creators for onboarding.
- Manage complete onboarding process from outreach to contract completion.
- Maintain long-term engagement and retention of creators through ongoing support.
- Handle creator concerns promptly to promote retention.
- Lead negotiations and finalize creator partnership deals.
- Keep updated on creator market trends and new talents to enhance the platform’s network.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore; start between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026; commit to a 3-month duration; and possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages.
- Ability to identify and assess talented creators across diverse content areas.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with passion for the creator economy.
- Prior work experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or business development is preferred.
