ONFLIT works with senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives to help them create genuine thought leadership content for LinkedIn and other social platforms. The company is hiring a full-time copywriter who can grow alongside the team as it expands.

The role begins with writing for 3 to 5 clients, guided directly by the founders. As you learn the editorial process and adapt to each client’s style, the expectation is to gradually manage a full set of 10 clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Draft medium- and long-form LinkedIn posts and articles using client inputs such as voice notes, calls, and rough ideas.
• Turn a client’s raw thinking into a narrative that feels natural to their own voice.
• Develop a clear viewpoint in every piece and support it with solid research.
• Work through structured editorial review cycles and use the feedback to improve future drafts.
• Grow from handling 3 to 5 clients to managing a full workload of 10 clients as you become comfortable with the system.

Onboarding Process

Your initial weeks will focus on understanding the company’s editorial workflow and learning the writing voice of your first 3 to 5 clients. You will receive detailed feedback on each draft, along with the reasoning behind the edits, so you can apply those lessons independently in later work.

What the Company Is Looking For

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in content writing or copywriting; freelance and part-time experience will not be counted toward this requirement.
• Strong English writing ability, including structure, clarity, grammar, and rhythm.
• Confidence in doing genuine research by reading around a topic, finding examples, and verifying facts before writing.
• Comfort receiving direct, specific editorial feedback and using it to improve the next draft.
• Real interest in business and leadership, since the writing will be for founders and executives.
• Ability to work in a quick-moving, deadline-oriented environment where priorities may change based on client needs.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Previous experience creating personal branding or LinkedIn-focused content.
• A regular habit of reading or publishing online, such as through a blog, newsletter, or personal LinkedIn profile.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary of ₹35,000 per month, with growth potential as you take on more clients and work more independently.

Location and Work Setup

This position is based at Horizon Tower, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. It is a full-time, fully in-office role. Remote and hybrid applications are not being considered.
