Role Overview

The Cook plays a central role in restaurant operations. In this position, you will prepare fresh, flavourful food, solve day-to-day kitchen challenges, and contribute your knowledge of bold Mexican tastes. You will work with fresh ingredients to deliver high-quality food for both new and returning guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing fresh meals and supporting the restaurant’s kitchen output.
• Using your judgement to troubleshoot issues in the kitchen.
• Applying knowledge of Mexican flavours to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Working with fresh ingredients to produce food to a high standard.

Who This Role Suits

Previous kitchen experience can be useful, but it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate is coachable, keen to learn, willing to make the effort, and dependable with a positive, can-do approach.
