About the Role

This position is for a Client Service Executive with Futuera Media Worx & Entertainments, part of Futuera Inc, a long-standing corporate brand management and activation agency with 17 years of experience in combining traditional marketing methods with a modern, contemporary approach to reach target audiences effectively.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee client accounts, keep communication smooth between all parties, support campaign execution, and help ensure projects move forward on schedule and within budget. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with external vendors, addressing client concerns, and contributing to business expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate campaign activities and ensure briefs are understood and executed correctly.
• Prepare, organize, and present client-facing presentations.
• Follow up on timelines and help deliver projects on time.
• Coordinate with vendors and other external partners as needed.
• Handle client questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Track budgets and support efficient project execution.
• Assist in initiatives that help grow the business.
