Role Summary

This Cleaner position is based in Tampa Bay, FL and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis. The role involves keeping assigned spaces clean, presentable, and hygienic through regular upkeep and deeper cleaning tasks. Work includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, cleaning restrooms, refilling supplies, removing trash and recycling, and disinfecting frequently touched areas. Additional tasks may include washing windows, performing basic floor care, and arranging storage or supply areas. The cleaner is expected to work safely, use tools and cleaning products properly, report maintenance or safety concerns, and maintain dependable attendance and punctuality while working independently to meet cleaning standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out regular and deep-cleaning duties in floors, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and shared spaces.
• Handle turnover cleaning for short-term rentals, including making beds, replenishing items, and preparing spaces for the next guest.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces to keep hygiene levels high.
• Perform post-construction cleanup by removing dust, leftover debris, and surface residue.
• Dispose of waste correctly and follow recycling instructions when required.
• Refill supplies when they are available at the property.
• Inform a supervisor quickly about damage, maintenance concerns, or safety risks.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures while working.
• Keep cleaning tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements

• Background screening is mandatory.
• A dependable mode of transportation is required to move between locations.
