About the Role

This position is centered on running city-level operations for the category and continuously improving service quality. The work is highly operational, and every day can look different.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across the assigned cities with a strong focus on execution.
• Recruit, select, and train new partners to support category growth.
• Improve the quality and consistency of existing partner performance.
• Own and drive central growth initiatives for the category over time.
• Work on projects that raise service quality and strengthen operational excellence.
• Contribute to projects that enhance offerings and drive innovation.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fast, dependable implementation.
• Act as the business owner for the assigned scope and take accountability for outcomes.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy.
