About Four Seasons
Four Seasons is built around its people and a shared commitment to excellence, care, and continuous improvement. The company focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a culture of genuine hospitality and a strong employee experience.
The brand values warmth, respect, and meaningful connection in every interaction. Its purpose is to create lasting impressions for everyone who works with, stays with, lives with, or visits its properties.
About the Location
The role is based in The Red Sea, a major luxury coastal destination on Saudi Arabia’s western shoreline between Umluj and Al Wajh. The development stretches across 200 km of coastline and includes natural islands and lagoons. The Four Seasons resort will be situated on Shura Island, the main hub of the project, alongside a yacht marina, lifestyle and leisure spaces, retail, an 18-hole golf course, and more.
The destination has been planned with sustainability at its core, using environmental modelling to reduce ecological impact and support responsible tourism. Renewable energy will be used, only a limited portion of the islands will be developed, and conservation zones will protect the surrounding environment. The resort is expected to feature about 149 rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, meeting and event facilities, a marine discovery centre, a kids’ space, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and separate family and adult beaches.
