About Veriu Group
Veriu Group, also known as Veriu Hotels & Suites and Punthill Apartment Hotels, is a hospitality business built on the idea of helping travellers connect with the authentic character of a place. The group focuses on creating memorable stays that go beyond typical guidebook experiences and aims to bring people together in meaningful ways.
Operating under the Veriu and Punthill brands, the company currently runs 25 hotels across Australia and brings more than 35 years of brand history. With several new hotel openings planned nationwide, the organisation is moving toward its goal of becoming the largest Australian-owned apartment hotel operator with 80 hotels in its portfolio.
The workplace culture is built around trust, individuality, and empowerment rather than rigid hierarchy. Team members are encouraged to make decisions, grow personally, and take ownership, guided by values that emphasise relationships, integrity, development, and accountability.
This role is based at Veriu Central in Sydney, a heritage-style hotel set in historic Wentworth House. The property combines original architectural character with contemporary design, includes 112 rooms, features a stylish lobby bar and 24-hour front desk, and offers convenient access to transport and dining.
