About the role

We are looking for a skilled baker to join a busy bakery team in Old Noarlunga, South Australia. In this role, your baking expertise will help deliver high-quality products to customers every day. The bakery operates in a fast-moving environment, supported by an energetic team that shares knowledge, develops talent, and encourages continuous growth in baking skills.

Working roster

The roster shown for this position is Monday to Sunday, from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

What you will do

• Prepare, mix, shape, and bake fresh products to a high standard.
• Help create a customer-focused experience through friendly service behaviours and quality outcomes.
• Maintain strong food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene practices in the workplace.
• Contribute to the team with care, collaboration, and a willingness to support bakery operations.
• Work effectively in a busy, physically active environment that requires lifting, mixing, and shaping tasks.
• Support the development of yourself and others by staying curious and open to learning.

What you need

You must have a formal baking qualification together with relevant work experience.
