Role Overview

This position is for an energetic, people-oriented leader to guide the Nightfill team and keep the store prepared for customers each day. It suits someone who enjoys developing others, building strong teams, and working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead, support, and encourage your team to achieve strong results while helping create a workplace that is safe, positive, and well supported. You will be a practical leader who enjoys coaching people, recognising success, and helping the team work at a high standard.

The position requires a balance of people leadership, planning, and organisation. You will need to manage competing priorities, work to tight deadlines, and keep the team focused on quality delivery in a fast-moving setting. Clear communication, relationship management, and good time planning are important for success.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone with proven leadership experience and a genuine interest in helping people grow and stay motivated. Strong organisation and time management skills are important, along with the ability to set priorities effectively in a busy environment.

You should be a confident communicator who can work well with people at different levels, bring a positive and practical attitude, and be willing to set the pace from the front. Experience in retail, merchandising, stock handling, or replenishment would be helpful, but it is not required.
