About the Opportunity
This leadership position is designed as a practical learning experience for future store managers. It is intended to strengthen your coaching ability, supervisory confidence, knowledge of coffee and tea, and overall business judgment. The role is centered on helping you understand how to run a store and build a thriving team in a community gathering place.
As a Starbucks leader, you are expected to bring purpose, initiative, and a strong desire to make a positive difference. The role is for someone who takes action, sets the tone for others, and helps drive both customer and business success.
What You’ll Learn and Do
Through a combination of online modules, classroom instruction, and practical mentorship, you will build the skills needed to support a multi-million-dollar store operation. The experience is meant to prepare you for growth into store management and broader leadership roles.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with prior retail or customer service management experience, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a sales-driven setting are also important.
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.
Employment Requirements

- This is a full-time position and typically requires more than 40 hours per week.
- Work schedules may vary and can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Total Rewards
The expected hiring range for this position is CAD $52,600 to $63,050 per year. Actual pay will depend on the market location, your background, your skills, and internal pay alignment.
In addition to base pay, eligible partners may qualify for a bonus program and annual bean stock grants.
