Role Summary

The Apartment Locator position is a remote contract opportunity for someone who can help renters find apartments that align with their budget, location, and feature preferences. The role is built around lead response, client discovery, property research, and creating tailored apartment recommendations. You will also coordinate with leasing offices and property managers to confirm current pricing, availability, and lease details, while supporting applicants through the rental and leasing steps.

What You’ll Do

Respond to incoming renter inquiries and manage new leads promptly.
Learn each client’s requirements through structured needs assessments.
Research rental listings and assemble customized apartment options.
Contact property managers and leasing teams to confirm inventory, rates, and lease conditions.
Help clients navigate apartment applications and leasing procedures.
Use Relive’s platform and social-driven lead channels to organize prospects and monitor progress.
Keep accurate client notes, pipeline updates, and interaction records.
Follow up consistently and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of real estate and property fundamentals.
An active real estate license in at least one U.S. state where Relive operates.
Strong ability in sales and customer service, with a focus on conversion and client experience.
Comfort working autonomously in a remote setting with good planning and organization.
Experience using digital tools, CRM software, and communication channels such as phone, email, text, and social platforms.
Background in residential leasing, apartment locating, or rental market work is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of local housing rules, fair housing practices, and lease agreements is beneficial.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when client schedules require it.
