Role overview

The AI GTM Engineer will design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows that make Seeq’s go-to-market execution faster, more consistent, and easier to repeat. This position blends marketing operations, systems thinking, applied AI, and cross-functional collaboration to move the GTM function from scattered AI usage to well-governed, durable workflows with clear business value.

The role works closely with teams across Product Marketing, Industries, Whole Offer Management, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABX / Campaign Execution, Campaign Program Management, Field Enablement, Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure, Revenue teams, and Product to create practical AI systems for research, content creation, campaign execution, launch support, knowledge management, and performance visibility.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to identify the highest-value opportunities for AI in GTM operations and convert business needs into repeatable, scalable systems. The work includes workflow design, system integration, content operations, governance, quality assurance, adoption, experimentation, and ongoing refinement.

  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that increase GTM speed, consistency, and productivity across priority marketing motions.
  • Create practical systems for market research synthesis, content generation, message adaptation, launch planning, campaign development, QA, asset reuse, channel optimization, knowledge retrieval, and reporting support.
  • Turn business problems into structured workflow designs that combine prompts, structured inputs, automation logic, tools, and quality checks.
  • Focus first on reusable, high-leverage workflows that can support several teams rather than isolated one-off solutions.
  • Improve workflow performance over time using adoption data, output quality, and business impact.
  • Work with the AI GTM Manager and Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure team to connect AI workflows to GTM systems, tools, and content environments.
  • Assess build-versus-buy tradeoffs and identify tools or vendors that provide meaningful value beyond internal development.
  • Support integrations across content platforms, collaboration tools, CRM, marketing automation, and knowledge systems where needed.
  • Design workflows that fit Seeq’s actual data, tooling, governance, and content architecture.
  • Help create scalable systems for storing, retrieving, and reusing approved GTM knowledge and content components.
  • Contribute to a more AI-ready GTM operating environment over time.
  • Improve team efficiency and budget use by automating suitable workflows and tasks.
  • Build AI-assisted processes that help teams create, adapt, summarize, and govern GTM content more effectively.
  • Improve how messaging, proof points, launch assets, campaign components, and sales materials are organized for reuse across teams and channels.
  • Support knowledge systems that make approved content easier to find, maintain, and use with AI tools.
  • Reduce manual effort in asset hygiene, content updates, versioning support, and narrative assembly.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to strengthen the consistency and accessibility of message-critical assets.
  • Build safeguards into AI workflows so outputs remain reliable, on-brand, and aligned with approved messaging and business rules.
  • Create practical QA methods for prompts, workflow outputs, and content validation.
  • Document workflow logic, intended use, limitations, and governance expectations so systems can scale responsibly.
  • Support adoption by making workflows genuinely useful, easy to use, and embedded in real work.
  • Track workflow usage and identify where training, refinement, or tighter standards are needed.
  • Partner with GTM teams to uncover launch and campaign bottlenecks, repetitive manual tasks, and opportunities for AI leverage.
  • Support launch, campaign, and whole-offer teams with systems that improve planning quality, execution speed, and readiness.
  • Help Campaign Program Management and GTM leaders improve coordination through workflow visibility, automation, and stronger operating discipline.
  • Support optimization of marketing channels and spend through integration, automation, and AI-enabled end-to-end campaign management.
  • Work with analytics and operations partners to ensure workflows support measurement, prioritization, and business reporting.
  • Act as a bridge between technical possibilities and GTM execution realities.
  • Stay current on practical AI capabilities, tools, patterns, and engineering approaches relevant to GTM use cases.
  • Evaluate new tools and methods based on business value, usability, reliability, and scale potential.
  • Run focused experiments, then convert successful experiments into operational systems.
  • Balance experimentation with governance, sustainability, and change management.
  • Contribute to Seeq’s broader AI-first operating model by helping define best practices, standards, and reusable patterns.

Required qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, automation, applied AI, solutions engineering, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or another complex environment.
  • Hands-on experience creating workflows, automations, or AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes.
  • Ability to turn unclear business problems into practical systems and workflow designs.
  • Experience with structured content, prompt-based workflows, automation logic, and cross-functional tooling environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain systems, tradeoffs, and design decisions.
  • Strong execution habits, including documentation, testing, iteration, and prioritization.

Preferred background

  • Experience supporting GTM, marketing, sales, or customer-facing teams through automation and workflow design.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, knowledge systems, and collaboration tools used in GTM organizations.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-based workflows, agent frameworks, API-driven automation, or no-code/low-code orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to product marketing, launches, campaign execution, enablement, or ABX operating models.
  • Background in industrial software, enterprise SaaS, analytics, or AI-adjacent domains.

Success profile

The strongest applicants will bring systems thinking, a practical builder mindset, high standards for reliability and usability, the ability to connect technical possibilities to GTM outcomes, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward simplification, reuse, and measurable impact.

What success looks like in the first 12 months

  • Deploy several high-value AI workflows that are used routinely across the GTM organization.
  • Improve the speed and consistency of research, content assembly, launch support, campaign QA, or reporting workflows.
  • Cut manual work in key GTM processes through automation and reusable systems.
  • Raise workflow quality, governance, and adoption across multiple teams.
  • Help move Seeq from isolated AI experiments to a more durable AI-first GTM operating model.
  • Build credibility as a practical operator who helps teams produce better work faster and more consistently.
